Hotel Fortune Inn Patna – An epitome of warm hospitality!

While planning our vacation to Patna, we booked our hotel accommodation at the Fortune Inn. It turned out to be an excellent choice! We stayed for a week and were about to leave for the return journey. We had accommodation in the executive room. The rooms are elegant and clean that provided a relaxing aura. The courteous and polite staff who attended to us promptly impressed all of us. We were also provided a vehicle for pickup and drop from/to the railway station.

As the hotel is centrally located, it was convenient for us to go around the places. Most of the tourist spots are within a radius of 8km. Therefore, we did not have to travel long and get tired.  Vehicle was available for sightseeing too. It was prompt and led us through a comfortable journey. We also had food at the in-house restaurant, they some excellent menu. All of us tried the Bihari cuisine, which included saag, paratha, and kheer and so on. We enjoyed the unique flavors!

The time was nearing to say goodbye to the wonderful city of Patna. We have a number of travel experiences that we add on to our collection of travelogues. Another great celebration with relatives and friends was awaiting us in Darjeeling. The New Year!!! We got our bags ready and walked down to the reception. There was a book on the desk where we could mention the customer reviews about the hotel. My husband and I wrote a few lines as a gesture of appreciation.

The car was waiting to drop us at the station. We had our return ticket in the North East Express, which was leaving Patna at 10.20pm.  We arrived at the station and thanked the driver for the committed service through the entire trip. We looked around d the busy railway station. Leaving a city of historical importance, with memories to cherish for a lifetime! A great choice of destination! As we moved towards the platform, all of us began discussions about our experiences in the journey. I took out the camera and glanced through the videos and pictures. It is going to be nostalgic…after a few days!
